Coaching  Program and Rates

FULL TIME COACHING

 

Full time coaching is $250 per month.  For new athletes, there is a one time initial consultation fee of $175, and first and last month is collected at the start.   After first month, athlete is free to end coaching with thirty days' notice (when last month's payment will be applied).   Rates for returning athletes drops to $200 in year two. 

Full time coaching includes the following:

  • Customized training plan, updated weekly (unless otherwise requested by the athlete)

  • Unlimited email contact with Jill

  • Schedule changes as needed

  • Semi-annual swim/bike fitness assessment

  • Discounted additional swim training upon request

TRAINING PLANS

Jill is currently offering a six-month training plan, suited for half-ironman or Olympic distance race, for $500.  This package includes the following:

  • Up to two-hour initial meeting

  • Swim/bike fitness test and stroke analysis

  • 26-week training plan in Training Peaks

  • Two additional 30 minute meetings at 8 weeks and at 16 weeks  (It is the athlete's responsibility to schedule these meetings)

 

ENDLESS POOL SWIM TRAINING (Only available to coached athletes)

  • Swim/Bike Fitness Assessment:  90 minute session which will include swimming followed by cycling.  $175. 

  • 30-minute coached swim session with stroke analysis:  $55

  • 60-minute coached swim session with stroke analysis:  $100
